How to pick item for android phone, i know its possible pick if you attacking som1 but in safe zone?+ no possible chat and use belt items

Chat is possible,to pickup item press center screen,to chat,press bottom left,right,right,right,center screen,down,center and than enter text.
belt usage impossimble with android client.
of course if you have sony gamepad it's much easier to play + it's possible to use belt with gamepad(currently client only support sixaxis controller)
